Health and Dental
The TCM group medical and dental plans are provided at affordable rates, with premiums paid under our Section 125 plan. Benefit coverage provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield are comprehensive and available internationally. You'll be able to take home more net pay when you save FICA, Federal and state taxes on your premiums, and enjoy the security and comfort of knowing that you're covered by an internationally recognized insurance carrier.

401(K) Retirement Plan
TCM provides a 401k Retirement Savings Plan through Smith Barney and CitiStreet Retirement Services. It is an advantageous way to save for retirement through the convenience of payroll deductions with tax-deferred contributions. The money you contribute is fully vested, and earns interest in the funds you select as a participant. Taxes are not paid on these funds until money is actually withdrawn from the plan.

Section 129 Flexible Spending Account
TCM offers Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts for W2 employees. The plan allows eligible participants to pay for the first $5,000 of annual dependent care expenses with "before tax" dollars ($2,500 for married employees, filing separate tax returns). Participants save Social Security (FICA), Federal, and in many cases, state taxes on the money set-aside for these expenses.

Long-term Individual Purchase Disability Insurance
TCM has negotiated discounts for long-term disability coverage with several carriers for Field W2 employees and independent subcontractors. This type of plan can provide important income protection during a period of injury or illness.
