Finally, the significant effort of managing all your projects effectively can be minimized. Your delivery team, your executive team and even your customer can see all of your project milestones via their web browser.
TCMProjectDeploy™ is our proprietary application designed to track the details inherent in IT infrastructure deployment projects. TCMProjectDeploy™ is integrated into our Service Delivery Model allowing TCM to deliver high-quality deployment services at competitive prices and allows your organization to better manage each project. Organizations may now utilize a multi-functional web portal to manage the lifecycle of IT Projects.
During the Delivery Phase, TCMProjectDeploy™ is critical to the ongoing scheduling of installations and allows the Client Service Team to update scheduling changes collaboratively. The Client Service Team utilizes PD to track project status, asset data, and site anomalies in real time and records all data dynamically, eliminating confusion that surrounds static spreadsheets and data logs.
Examples of Project Deploy Applications and Features:
Manager DashboardThe home page contains project contact information, project statistics, alerts and activity log. This information provides and overall overview of the progression of the project and can be configured based on any data contained within TCMProjectDeploy™. Examples of uses:
- Project statistics: How many assets deployed, how many techs assigned to project.
- Alerts: Upcoming staffing needs, number of machines to be deployed in a day, week or month, number of scheduled deployments vs. actual in a day, week or month week
- Activity Log: Client Feed uploaded, timestamp. Integration Partner Feed up-loaded, timestamp. New site added to TCMProjectDeploy™
The sites tab contains a listing of all sites related to the project. From this screen, new sites can be added and deployment requests for resources can be requested here. When entering new sites, PD will assign a unique identifier for each location to be correlated to all incoming data and activities related to that site.
Project ScheduleThis contains a list of all techs scheduled to work on deployments searchable based on set criteria. Provides contact information for each tech and indicates that tech has viewed training video and downloaded documentation. Additional quality control includes day-ahead calls to verify tech is prepared for the following day's activity.
Time ReportsIncludes all time reported by IVR and verified by project coordinator for approval. Report includes status of current deployments listing techs as pending arrival, onsite, off-site.
Asset TrackingTCMProjectDeploy™ allows users to track and manage technology assets during all stages of a project. Specific reporting modules include:
- Integration Partner Shipments
- Client Feed Data
- Deployed Assets
- Inventory
- DOA Reports
- Upload Data Feeds
The deployment activity tab is used for viewing project details based on search criteria. This lists scheduled deployments based on Client Feed and actual performance of deployment activities.
ReportsFull reporting is available based on all data within TCMProjectDeploy™. The following reports have been configured for use on the project. Report format matches data outlined in the project SOW.
